The basics

Regular servicing is the cheapest way to keep your car reliable and safe. It catches small problems before they turn into big bills, and it keeps your car running the way it should.

General servicing

A general service is a full health check for your car. We inspect the parts that wear, top up what needs topping up, and let you know if anything needs attention.

We do not do work you did not ask for without talking to you first. If we spot something, we call you, explain it, and let you decide.

What's included

  • Engine oil and oil filter change
  • Check and top up of key fluids, including brake, coolant, power steering and washer
  • Brake inspection, front and rear
  • Tyre condition and pressure check
  • Battery check
  • Lights, wipers and belts checked
  • A clear report on anything that needs attention

Exact inclusions depend on your vehicle and its service schedule. We will confirm the scope when you book.

Logbook

Logbook servicing

If your car is still under manufacturer warranty, logbook servicing keeps that warranty valid. We follow your manufacturer's schedule, use the correct parts and quality oils, and stamp your logbook every time.

You do not have to go back to the dealer to protect your warranty. Under Australian Consumer Law, any qualified independent workshop can carry out your logbook service, as long as the right parts are used and the book is stamped. That is exactly what we do, usually for less than the dealer.

We use trusted brands as standard, including Dayco, Ryco filters, NGK spark plugs, Bendix brakes, Castrol oils, Gates belts and Bosch parts.
